The most advanced and innovative business park in Israel
Amot Investment, which has built the Atrium Tower and the ToHa Project, is now completing the most cutting-edge office project in Israel.
AMOT’s third project, that has been built and certified to the highest green construction standard in the world – LEED PLATINUM

The Project
The tower is divided into three prisms. This design gives the building its uniqueness, sophistication and dynamism while focusing attention on the green landscapes, the urban landscapes and the sea-blue landscapes.
The unique three-dimensional form naturally creates an impressive entrance atrium, 5 stories high – a space facilitating connection between the boulevard, the core, and the Eucalyptus Garden.
The tower has been built on an 11,000-square-meter garden, where on the western part of the campus there is a magnificent, spacious plaza with shaded benches and an imposing entrance into the tower’s lobby.
On the opposite side of the site is an impressive Eucalyptus grove designated for conservation. The grove is the anchor for development of a special green garden that will envelop the tower from all sides.
The garden is a place for relaxation, for pleasant lunch or coffee breaks, a meeting place and for outdoor activities of the persons working in the tower’s tenant companies. In addition, the site’s topography has enabled formation of a fold of sorts, which, in its upper part, is a continuation of the Jerusalem Boulevard level, making it convenient for pedestrian access and serving as a roof terrace for sport and cycling activities.

Green Construction under the LEED PLATINUM Standard
The most prestigious, stringent standard in the green construction industry
The vision was shaped out of the desire to provide a healthy, futuristic, economical and green space for companies seeking to make a difference for the good in the world. The project is the proud holder of one of the few American LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) certificates. This certification is intended to create global leadership in environmental design and planning. The green construction according to this standard is based on environmental responsibility, which has a radical impact on the workers’ health and alertness, besides the substantial economies of energy consumption.
Roof Terraces
Campus AMOT has two spectacular roof terraces with a total area of 1,000 square meters each. These offer spaces for relaxation in the open air. This is where you’ll be able to work and think in a different atmosphere, celebrate company events and raise toasts during Happy Hour with views of the Park or the sea.

The Location
Campus AMOT is in the heart of Holon’s growing business district at the corner of Jerusalem Boulevard and HaMelacha Road. The campus is situated on a main commerce and industry artery with direct accessibility to highways 44, 4, 1, and 20 – Ayalon high way. Just a few minutes’ drive from Ben Gurion Airport and from Tel Aviv. Urban and interurban public transport lines serve the Campus area and the Light Rail is now being built directly opposite the tower’s lobby entrance.
Nowadays a metro plan has been approved and launched to build a railway that will connect between the Tel Aviv metropolis with its more outlying suburbs: Kfar Sava, Raanana, east Rosh Ha’Ayin, and southern Rehovot. The M1 and M2 lines are planned to intersect near the Campus, enabling quick, direct arrival at the project through these modern transport lines (north-south and east-west).

The Park
Campus AMOT has been designed through the concept that a modern, innovative working environment is essential for the workers’ satisfaction and productivity. A green garden is being laid out at the foot of the tower, the character of which is inspired by the existing Eucalyptus grove on the site, and which is being preserved for the sake of the landscape and atmosphere of the Land of Israel.
The Campus’ garden is replete with trees and lawns, a natural pool, shaded benches, restaurants, bars and cafes serving the workers. Access to the park and its services is directly out of the building’s lobby. A roof terrace is planned for the tower’s mezzanine, dedicated to cocktails and company events.

The Lobby
The entrance lobby is exceptionally towering and impressive.
Oded Halaf, a super-architect and designer, has designed a lobby in which the green garden penetrates it to create a relaxing, embracing ambiance. Seating corners and alternative hospitality areas will be strung around the lobby space, enabling the tower occupants to use the lobby space for their enjoyment. Luxurious restrooms, modern, fast elevators and attention to every last detail within the public spaces will make the workers’ and visitors’ stay in the Campus a pleasurable, quality experience.
